SSHC series high speed electric dynamometer is mainly used for testing high-speed motor, aero-engine and high-speed fluid machinery. These specimens have the characteristics of high speed. SSHC dynamometer can provide reliable test environment.
With the help of SEELONG e-motor test system, the SSHC dynamometer can measure the power and torque of the test piece, collect the data of temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage and other parts in real time, and complete the real-time data recording, report generation, curve generation, data calculation, etc.
The SeeLong E-Motor test beds are used for analyzing and determining electrical, mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties. Functionality, reliability and durability tests and cold start performance measurements can be implemented under realistic conditions. The integrated SeeLong TCM automation system allows for fully automatic runs, so time and cost-efficient test ones for aII relevant test procedures. All measurement data is saved with a uniform time stamp and can be processed further with the data post processing tool, The optional integration of the “Virtual Proving Ground” technology based on SeeLong SLM also offers a virtual development and test environment to implement integration, optimization and validation tasks even on the test bed.
